One Roast, Two ways!

Well if you are looking for an easy meal, this is it!
Really!
Even the non cooks among us are aware that there are different cuts of roast beef.
My choice for crock pot cooking is either
a “Round Roast” of some sort (Not speaking of the shape but the cut)
This cut will stay mostly in one piece when it is cooked and has little fat. You can slice it but it will fall apart some, when you do.
or
a “blade roast”
This roast has more fat and so when it is cooked and the fat cooks down, the roast falls apart. This is great for serving as beef on a bun or hot beef sandwiches. You will not be able to slice this one. You just pull it apart, separating the fat from the meat.

The only stipulation with this recipe is that you need to be a beef eater!
This is one roast cooked one way and served two different ways.
He wanted it like that and I wanted it like this!
