Once I have removed the very soft and even sticky dough from the mixer, I put on a lightly floured board (usually just my counter). I knead it for a couple of minutes, adding just enough flour to keep it from sticking to the counter. I then place it in a well oiled bowl. After the dough has risen to double, (it might take a bit more than the half hour) I punch it down and just lift it onto a cornmeal sprinkled pan. It will be very soft. I poke it with my fingers and drizzle with olive oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes before baking it at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. I rotate the pan half way. When it is ready it will be a lovely golden brown on top.
