Oven Fried/Roasted Potatoes

Serves 4

24 fingerling potatoes

6 per person (they are great as leftovers)
Slice in half and place on pan
toss in 2 TBLSP. oil (either olive or sunflower is what I use)

Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour stirring twice
