Two chicken breasts sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
1/4 cup milk in dish large enough to soak chicken 1 piece at a time
On a large plate
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 TBLSP. Basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
mix these ingredients together and add chicken pieces to coat both sides
One cookie sheet/jelly roll pan
2 TBLSP. olive oil (I like to keep the oil to a minimum but the more you add the crispier your chicken will be)
Lay breaded chicken in pan and bake in 350 oven for half an hour
after 15 minutes turn chicken over
